Breakfast or Brunch
CHILAQUILES
Crispy tortilla chips in green or red salsa, served with refried beans, eggs cooked to your liking, and Mexican sweet bread.
HUEVOS MOTULEÑOS
Two fried eggs on a tortilla base, topped with red salsa, green peas, ham, and plantains. Accompanied by refried beans, yogurt with granola, and Mexican sweet bread.
BANANA PANCAKES
Fluffy banana pancakes served with eggs cooked to your liking, crispy bacon or sausage, and golden hash browns.
STUFFED FRENCH TOAST
Two pieces of French toast stuffed with a fruity cream cheese filling. Served with crispy bacon and hash browns.
HUEVOS POCHOS
Two biscuits topped with poached eggs drizzled with a savory chorizo sauce, served with crispy potato wedges, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola.
CHAYA SOUFFLÉ
Traditional Mexican chaya soufflé (a type of spinach) with queso de bola (Mexican cheese), red sauce, and avocado. Served with a fresh salad and toast with butter and jam.

POBLANO OMELETTE

Lunch
TACOS

CHIPOTLE SHRIMP

Dinner
FAJITAS

SOPA DE TORTILLA
A hearty and comforting Mexican tortilla soup, loaded with crispy tortilla strips in a rich, savory tomato broth, and topped with avocado, cheese, and cilantro. Served with Caesar salad and pan de elote dessert.
VERACRUZ STYLE GROUPER FISH
A tender filet of fish prepared with a flavorful tomato sauce, olives, and capers. Served with roasted tomato cream soup, Mexican rice, beans, and flan with pumpkin seeds.
TAMPIQUEÑA
Juicy arrachera steak accompanied by enchiladas, guacamole, nopal salad, poblano soup, and finished with arroz con leche.
OCTOPUS AL PASTOR
