Explore your options — we’ll send you our full menu and special packages and help you customize it. 3. Book your experience by placing a 25% deposit. 4. Enjoy the service — we bring the groceries, cook, serve, and clean up afterward.

If you don’t see a reply within 24 hours, please check your junk or spam folder — our response is probably hiding there.

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 1–2 months in advance, or 3+ months for holidays and high season. Most guests reserve several weeks ahead, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if we have availability.

To confirm your booking, we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due by the day of the service. We’ll send clear payment instructions once we confirm your menu.

If canceled 30 or more days before the event, 65% of the deposit will be refunded.

If canceled between 15 and 29 days before the event, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.

If canceled 14 days or less before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

Deposits cover administrative time, coordination, and date reservation.

Refunds do not include transfer or exchange rate fees.

Yes, if something changes, just reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate a new date, depending on availability. Rescheduling within 14 days of your service may be subject to restrictions or fees.
