How do I book a private chef with Nakú?

Accepted Answer

Simply fill out the contact form with your preferred dates, group size, and what type of experience you’re looking for. We’ll send over the most suitable menu and package options for your trip, and your date is secured with a 25% deposit. From there, we handle the groceries, cooking, service, and cleanup so you can fully enjoy the experience.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 1–2 months in advance, or 3+ months for holidays and high season. Most guests reserve several weeks ahead, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if we have availability.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

To confirm your booking, we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due by the day of the service. Once your experience is selected, we’ll send over all payment details and next steps.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the service receive a 65% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the service receive a 25% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before the service are non refundable.
Refunds do not include transfer or exchange rate fees.

We understand travel plans can sometimes change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Is there a minimum number of guests required to book?

Most of our menus and packages are designed for groups of 5 or more, but we also offer romantic dinner packages for couples, as well as special options for smaller groups. These smaller group services may be subject to a different pricing structure, which we’ll outline clearly when you inquire.
