Explore your options — we’ll send you our full menu and special packages and help you customize it. 3. Book your experience by placing a 25% deposit. 4. Enjoy the service — we bring the groceries, cook, serve, and clean up afterward. If you don’t see a reply within 24 hours, please check your junk or spam folder — our response is probably hiding there.

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 1–2 months in advance, or 3+ months for holidays and high season. Most guests reserve several weeks ahead, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if we have availability.

To confirm your booking, we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due by the day of the service. We’ll send clear payment instructions once we confirm your menu.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. If canceled 30 or more days before the event, 65% of the deposit will be refunded. If canceled between 15 and 29 days before the event, 25% of the deposit will be refunded. If canceled 14 days or less before the event, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits cover administrative time, coordination, and date reservation. Refunds do not include transfer or exchange rate fees.

Yes, if something changes, just reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate a new date, depending on availability. Rescheduling within 14 days of your service may be subject to restrictions or fees.
